Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for facilitating the entire team member journey from offer letter to orientation 
  • Entering new team members into our systems and ensuring the team members are well versed in these systems
  • Monitoring the Human Resource phone line and email, ensuring a prompt response
  • Attending orientations and introducing new team members to all things Transformative
  • Act as liaison between the HR department and all other departments
  • Responding to in person team member inquiries 
  • Getting to know each candidate and building positive relationships with our team members
  • Nurturing the candidate to ensure they have an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Assist in the planning and execution of team member engagement events
  • Additional administrative tasks or projects as assigned

Check out the following traits that our ideal team member would have!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluent in all Microsoft Applications (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook, teams)
  • Database experience (ADP is a plus, but not required!)
  • Zoom functions and scheduling meetings
  • Knowledge of Google G Suite
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
  • Strong organizational skills with EXTREME attention to detail
  • Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Exceptional customer service skills (or passion to grow them!)
  • Ability to function in a high volume environment
  • Excellent sense of humor
  • Flexible
  • Comfortable doing local travel to orientations or between local offices 
  • Takes direction well
  • Appreciates frequent feedback
