Customer Service Representative

 Welcoming all Customer Service Representatives!

We are searching for experienced Customer Service Representatives for Transformative healthcare located at our Woburn, Massachusetts office. The role will initiate interaction with clients as well as customers. Customer Service Representatives are eager to learn, grow and adapt as the company continues to grow. 

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Flexible


  • Maintain and Facilitate Phone Lines and Interaction
  • Verification of demographics
  • Review of patient information to identify conditions treated and services provided to each individual
  • Timely and accurate coding of diagnoses and services
  • Respond to inquiries on applicable company information
  • Act as the main client contact and interaction for company claims and billing related resolutions


  • 18 years old
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Insurance Processes
  • Effective written, oral, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within stringent deadlines
  • Proficient Computer Skills/Knowledge, MS Office, Outlook
